Saving the No.32 bus service
Local MP Kevin Foster took the campaign to save the No.32 bus service onto the floor of the House of Commons last night.
Kevin presented a petition signed by over 400 local residents and bus users, which has been brilliantly organised by local Shiphay resident Rosemary
Sadly I have received a number of messages over the last few days based on a false and misleading description of a vote which took place in parliament last week.
For clarity:
1. No MP voted that animals do not feel pain and express emotion or to remove legislation on cruelty.

Earlier today I met with Nerys Watts, the Head of Heritage Lottery Fund in the South West at Westminster to discuss several potential local projects. These included Paignton Parish Church, Paignton Picture House, Torquay Museum and Oldway Mansion.
