Speculation is mounting around a potential announcement relating to the Government’s new Hospitals Programme, including the planned rebuild of Torbay Hospital.
Kevin therefore took the chance of a slot for a question at Prime Minister’s Questions to reconfirm the commitments he gave back in January relating to the Building a Brighter Future Project.
The Building a Brighter Future Project will see at least £350m invested into the services provided by Torbay Hospital, making it the biggest single investment in South Devon’s Healthcare services since the foundation of the NHS in 1948.
