As in previous bidding rounds, the aims of the Fund are to support economic development of coastal communities by awarding grants to deliver sustainable growth and jobs.
Full details of eligibility and how to apply for a grant for Round 5 are now available on the following web site: https://www.gov.uk/…/publi…/coastal-communities-fund-round-5.
The closing date for submitting expressions of interest for the main funding round in England is 30 April 2018.
They are also looking to fund a small number of revenue projects which are ‘ready to go’ and can be fast tracked.
The closing date for applications wanting to be considered for ‘fast track’ approval is 2 April 2018. Successful ‘fast track’ projects will be awarded in the summer and need to be able to start quickly. For enquiries, applicants should email the Department at the following address: [email protected].
