Kevin Foster raises Torquay Town Centre in PMQs

Local MP Kevin Foster took the opportunity today to raise with David Cameron the possible closure of BHS in Torquay Town Centre, and asked him what plans his Government has to support Town Centres and High Streets such as ours.
